1. Acceptance

By creating an account on the KOCKA platform (the "Service") you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Service description

KOCKA is a SaaS platform for electronics repair shops and IT/network service providers. It enables management of service tickets, customers, warranties, claims, network jobs and other aspects of the business.

3. Account

You are responsible for: accuracy of your data, security of your password, all activity that happens under your account, and prompt notification of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: use the Service for illegal activity, attempt to break in or reverse-engineer, send spam or malicious content, overload the infrastructure (DoS, scraping), store content that infringes third-party copyrights.

5. Data ownership

Any data you enter (customers, tickets, warranties, photos…) remains your property. KOCKA only has the technical right to process it for the purpose of providing the Service, acting as a "data processor" under GDPR. You are the "data controller" for your customers' data. You can request export (CSV/JSON) or deletion at any time.

6. Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee continuous operation. The Service is provided "as is" — see the Disclaimer.

7. Subscription

If used in a paid tier, the subscription auto-renews. You can cancel anytime — access remains until the end of the paid period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can terminate your account at any time via Settings or by contacting support.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Belgrade unless mandatory rules dictate otherwise.
