Why KOCKA exists
I run a repair shop and I know what the day looks like: tickets in Excel, warranties in a paper notebook, customers calling every day asking "is it ready?" One day I lost a job because it was nowhere to be found — that was the last straw.
We tried a dozen ready-made solutions. All built for a fictional "universal" shop — nice UI but doesn't understand how the work actually flows. No local language, no local tax ID, no proper claims handling per local law, no used-goods trade. Networks? Nobody had networks.
KOCKA is for repair people who don't want to learn new software — they want to work. Onboarding takes 5 minutes. Customers scan a QR from the receipt to see status — you stop getting 20 messages a day asking "is it ready?"
