⚠️ Template. Liability limits are jurisdiction-specific — consult a lawyer.

1. "As is"

The KOCKA Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted use, accuracy of data, or absence of errors.

2. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOCKA and its affiliates are NOT liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages; loss of profit, revenue, data, customers, or reputation; damage from inability to use the Service; damage caused by user-entered errors; damage by malicious third parties (DDoS, hacking) despite reasonable security.

Total KOCKA liability across all cases is capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months, or EUR 100 — whichever is lower.

3. Backups are your responsibility

While KOCKA performs regular database backups, ultimate data preservation is the user's responsibility. Periodically export your data and keep copies on your own storage.

4. Information accuracy

The Service shows informational suggestions (e.g. default credentials database, auto-suggestions, layout). These are advisory and do not replace professional judgement. KOCKA is not liable for outcomes of decisions based solely on such suggestions.

5. Third parties

The Service may include links to third-party sites. We do not control or assume responsibility for their content or practices.

6. Security recommendations

Use strong unique passwords, never share credentials, log out from shared computers, and report suspicious activity immediately. KOCKA is not liable for damage resulting from non-compliance.

7. Force majeure

KOCKA is not liable for failure to perform due to events of force majeure: natural disasters, war, terrorism, mass internet outages, government actions, cyber attacks beyond reasonable control.

8. Not legal/tax advice

Any information, document templates, or automated functions in the Service do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.
